ORDER & DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are subject to availability and must be placed at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
We recommend booking early during peak season to ensure availability.
DELIVERY
• Delivery is completed prior to guest check-in
• You do not need to be present during delivery
• Items are typically delivered by 4 PM on your arrival date
• Pickup occurs between 9 AM – 12 PM on departure day
Please leave all used linens inside the provided laundry bags at the original delivery location.
Delivery fees are listed at checkout.
PRICING
Rates are based on a standard rental period aligned with your reservation dates.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.
DAMAGE OR LOSS
Customers are responsible for excessive damage, loss, or missing items beyond normal wear and tear.
We understand minor stains and normal usage occur — our goal is fairness, not penalties.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
No refunds are issued due to weather; however, we may offer future credit at our discretion
